PCI (Aust) offers the following Process:

  • Client Brief

    Client Brief

    Our project manager/designer will meet with you to discuss your needs and requirements and assess your site for any special considerations. This collaborative meeting enables us to discuss some basic concepts, budget parameters and time frames so we can offer the best solutions for you.
  • Job Specific Design

    Job Specific Design

    We create an interior that is both stylish and functional, being mindful of your needs, space, budget, environmental considerations and legal requirements. This is a proactive and dynamic process with flexibility for further refinements and adjustments. Based on our discussions, our designers sketch up plans for your evaluation and feedback. The finest details are included, including colour samples and finishes.
  • CAD Plans and Permits

    CAD Plans and Permits

    CAD plans are drawn up to the specifications agreed to in principle, for final checking and approval. These plans may be submitted to council for permit application if required. You will be provided with a fully itemised quotation for all work included.
  • Insurances

    Insurances

    All works are covered by all relevant insurances. Please ask if you have any queries, for your peace of mind.
  • The Project Build, including Quality Control and Timely Completion

    The Project Build, including Quality Control and Timely Completion

    During the build process, PCI (Aust) manages every aspect of the project. With the use of our fully qualified tradespeople we ensure a quality build with minimal disruption. We keep you up to date throughout the process, with regular review to ensure your job is progressing as planned, in a timely manner and on budget.
  • Final Inspection

    Final Inspection

    On practical completion we arrange a walk through of your site to check that all works have been finished to your satisfaction. Any modifications required are noted and actioned.
